Abstract

A marking system, method and apparatus, and a battery assembly tool are disclosed. The marking method is applied to a controller of the marking system. The marking system further includes: a robot and a marking apparatus, and a marking mechanism in the marking apparatus is arranged on the robot; the marking method includes: acquiring a to-be-marked result data set, the to-be-marked result data set including a position of a to-be-marked point; and based on the position of the to-be-marked point, controlling the robot to drive the marking mechanism in the marking apparatus to reach the to-be-marked point, so as to control the marking mechanism through the robot to mark the to-be-marked point.

A marking method applied to a marking system, the marking method being applied to a controller of the marking system, the marking system further comprising:

a robot and a marking apparatus, and a marking mechanism in the marking apparatus being arranged on the robot, the marking method comprising:
acquiring a to-be-marked result data set, the to-be-marked result data set comprising a position of a to-be-marked point;
and
based on the position of the to-be-marked point, controlling the robot to drive the marking mechanism in the marking apparatus to reach the to-be-marked point, so as to control the marking mechanism through the robot to mark the to-be-marked point.

a controller, a robot and a marking apparatus, wherein a marking mechanism in the marking apparatus is arranged on the robot, wherein
the controller is configured to acquire a to-be-marked result data set, the to-be-marked result data set comprising a position of the to-be-marked point;
the controller is further configured to control the robot to drive the marking mechanism to reach the to-be-marked point based on the position of the to-be-marked point;
and
the robot is configured to control the marking mechanism to mark the to-be-marked point after the marking mechanism reaches the to-be-marked point.

a marking mechanism which can be installed on a robot and is provided with a fixing member, the fixing member being configured to install a marking pen, the robot being controlled by a controller of a marking system and configured to drive the marking mechanism to reach a to-be-marked point and mark the to-be-marked point, and the controller being configured to control the robot to drive the marking mechanism to reach the to-be-marked point based on a position of the to-be-marked point in a to-be-marked result data set;
and
a clamping mechanism which is arranged at a position corresponding to the marking mechanism and comprises a driving module and a clamping assembly which are in transmission connection, the clamping assembly capable of being driven by the driving module to clamp or release a pen cap of the marking pen.
