A body piece defines at least one body slot extending inward from an outer perimeter and has a first thickness. An appendage piece defines at least one appendage slot extending inward from an outer perimeter and has a second thickness. The body slot has a width at least the second thickness and the appendage slot has a width at least the first thickness.
