A billiard ball launching device for enabling repetitive shot practice on a billiard table. The device includes a rectangular housing with a ball cradle extending integrally from a casing thereof, an electronically controlled impeller mechanism extending integrally from the housing and comprising a servo-motor and impeller wheel controlled by a microprocessor, and a multi-component ramp system for storing and automatically feeding multiple billiard balls to the launch position. Interchangeable ball off-ramps with varying exit angles allow the user to direct balls to different areas of the table. A wireless remote control unit enables the player to trigger ball launches from their shooting position. The battery-powered device uses a removable rechargeable lithium battery and provides consistent, controlled ball placement, eliminating the need for manual ball repositioning and significantly improving practice efficiency for billiard players and instructors.
