Pitch Training Device

A pitch training system, comprising:

• a mound device having an upper surface configured to support an associated pitcher's stance and a recess formed in a portion of the upper surface;
• a base configured to be received within the recess of the mound device,
• wherein the base may comprise any combination of a first layer, a second layer, and/or a third layer,
• wherein the third layer has a dome-shaped surface;
• and
• a frame having a proximal end and an opposing distal end, the frame being coupleable to the mound device, the frame comprising:
• two first frame members positioned spaced apart and extending between the proximal end and the distal end;
• and
• a plurality of second frame members, each second frame member connecting the two first frame members to define a plurality of insets.

A pitching mound device, comprising:

• an upper surface configured to support an associated pitcher's stance;
• a recess formed in a portion of the upper surface, the recess configured to receive a base component of a pitch training device;
• riser components, including a small riser and a large riser;
• and
• a base having interchangeable layers.
