Abstract
A pull rope unit for a training device having a pull rope (32) connected to a force unit connected to a training unit. The rope unit has a length adjustment unit (70) allowing a longer or shorter traction cable section. The traction cable length can assume an adjustment position. The unit (70) forms the anchor point (72) for the rope (32) and comprises a receiving unit (80) to receive a pull rope section. The invention also relates to a method for using the training device.
Claims12
Pull rope unit for a training device, comprising a pull rope (32) which is connected to a force unit (34) and which can be connected to a training unit, wherein the pull rope unit has a length adjustment unit (70) that allows a longer or shorter cable section to be used for training and that can assume at least a first fixed position in which the cable length usable for training is fixed and an adjustment position in which the cable length usable for training can be changed, characterized in that the length adjustment unit (70) forms the anchor point (72) for the pull rope (32) and comprises a receiving unit (80) which can receive a pull rope section.
Pull rope unit according to the preceding claim, in which the usable pull rope length can be changed continuously.
Method for using a training device comprising a pull rope unit with a pull rope (32) and a length adjustment unit (70), wherein the method comprises the following steps:
- a) Moving the length adjustment unit (70) to an adjustment position in which the length of the pull rope available for training is changed;
- b) Connecting a training unit (54) to the pull rope unit;
- and
- c) Transferring the length adjustment unit (70) to a fixed position in which the pull rope length usable for training is fixed.
Method according to the preceding claim, in which the height of the movable arm (20) is changed and the length adjustment unit (70) is moved together with the arm.
(20) remote from the frame.
Dependencies are inferred from the claim text.
