Abstract

Apparatus and associated methods relate to a segmented jump rope. In an illustrative example, a segmented jump may include a flat middle segment, for example. The flat middle segment may, for example, include a threaded mesh material. The flat middle segment may operably couple periphery segments. The periphery segments may include rope from a weighted jump rope. Various embodiments may advantageously enable a user of a segmented jump rope to avoid an injury while jumping rope. Various embodiments may achieve one or more advantages. For example, some embodiments may advantageously enable a user to enhance the user's strength, coordination, and cardio while avoiding injury. Some implementations may advantageously enable a segmented jump rope to be durable. Some embodiments may advantageously enable a user of a segmented jump rope to avoid an injury after landing on the segmented jump rope while jumping rope.
