Abstract
Adapters that provide connection between a respirator and a respirator fit testing device, and converters designed to provide universal compatibility between the adapter and any of the commercially available respirators.

A system comprising:
- an adapter having a second end configured for removable attachment to a filter;
- and
- a converter having a first end configured for removeable attachment to a respirator and a second end configured for removeable attachment to a first end of the adapter,
- wherein the system provides connection between a respirator and a respirator fit testing device.
