A method comprising introducing one or more essential or non-essential nutrients into a body through a sweat gland of a subject.
A device comprising:
- a chamber sized to fit around a portion of a body of a subject;
- an apparatus for introducing air into the chamber;
- and
- an aerosol container comprising one or more essential nutrients.
