Abstract
An ultraviolet irradiation device is provided. The ultraviolet irradiation device according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a housing, a plurality of electrodes configured to extend in a first direction in the housing and be spaced apart in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, a plurality of ultraviolet lamps configured to emit ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 190 nm or more and 225 nm or less, extend in the second direction on the plurality of electrodes, and be spaced apart in the first direction, and a reflective member disposed between the plurality of ultraviolet lamps and the plurality of electrodes.
Claims17
An ultraviolet irradiation device comprising:
- a housing;
- a plurality of electrodes configured to extend in a first direction in the housing and be spaced apart in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction;
- a plurality of ultraviolet lamps configured to emit ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 190 nm or more and 225 nm or less, extend in the second direction on the plurality of electrodes, and be spaced apart in the first direction;
- and
- a reflective member disposed between the plurality of ultraviolet lamps and the plurality of electrodes.
An ultraviolet irradiation device comprising:
- a housing;
- a plurality of electrodes spaced apart in a first direction in the housing and configured to extend in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction;
- a plurality of ultraviolet lamps configured to emit ultraviolet light with a wavelength of nm or more and 225 nm or less, extend in the second direction between the plurality of electrodes, and be spaced apart in the first direction;
- and
- a reflective member disposed between the plurality of ultraviolet lamps and the plurality of electrodes.
