Abstract
The present invention provides methods, systems, compositions, and strategies for the use of ARMM-mediated delivery of molecules (e.g, biological molecules, small molecules, proteins, and nucleic acids), to cells of the nervous system. In particular, the present invention generally relates to compositions and methods of producing, testing, and administering ARRDC1-mediated microvesicles (“ARMMs”) to peripheral nervous system cells in mammalian subjects.
