Abstract
The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition and a method of treatment, wherein a specific anti-CDH6 antibody-drug conjugate and an HIF-2α inhibitor are administered in combination. The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition and a method of treatment, wherein an antibody-drug conjugate and an HIF-2α inhibitor are administered in combination, the antibody-drug conjugate being an antibody-drug conjugate in which a drug linker represented by the following formula (wherein A represents a connecting position to an anti-CDH6 antibody or a functional fragment of the antibody) and an anti-CDH6 antibody or a functional fragment of the antibody are conjugated via a thioether bond.

A method of treating cancer, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an anti-CDH6 antibody-drug conjugate and a HIF-2α inhibitor in combination, wherein the antibody-drug conjugate is an antibody-drug conjugate in which a drug-linker represented by the formula:
- wherein A represents a connecting position to an anti-CDH6 antibody or a functional fragment of the antibody,
- is conjugated to the anti-CDH6 antibody or the functional fragment of the antibody via a thioether bond.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising an anti-CDH6 antibody-drug conjugate and a HIF-2α inhibitor, wherein the anti-CDH6 antibody-drug conjugate is an antibody-drug conjugate in which a drug-linker represented by the formula:

A pharmaceutical combination comprising an anti-CDH6 antibody-drug conjugate and a HIF-2α inhibitor, wherein the anti-CDH6 antibody-drug conjugate is an antibody-drug conjugate in which a drug-linker represented by the formula:

- is conjugated to the anti-CDH6 antibody or the functional fragment of the antibody via a thioether bond.
A kit comprising (i) a first composition comprising an anti-CDH6 antibody-drug conjugate and (ii) a second composition comprising a HIF-2α inhibitor, wherein
- the anti-CDH6 antibody-drug conjugate is an antibody-drug conjugate in which a drug-linker represented by the formula:
- wherein A represents a connecting position to an anti-CDH6 antibody or a functional fragment of the antibody,
