Abstract
The invention relates to uricase-drug conjugates comprising a uricase with a linker-drug attached to either the protein core or other moiety attached to the protein core. The pegylated uricase-drug conjugates mitigate the formation of anti-drug antibodies to improve the therapeutic efficacy of enzymes such as uricase. The uricase-drug conjugate may be administered subcutaneously or intravenously.
