Methods for treating testicular and ovarian adrenal rest tumors

A method of treating an endocrine disorder associated with corticotropin-releasing factor type-1 (CRF1) activity, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a pharmaceutical composition comprising:

• a small molecule CRF1 antagonist, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the small molecule CRF1 antagonist is:
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and
• a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient,
• wherein the pharmaceutical composition is administered to the subject twice per day to the subject in the evening and before sleep, and
• wherein the subject is in the fed state.
