Abstract
A composition for the cosmetic treatment of keratin fibers includes: a fraction which includes at least one branched C10 alkane having a flash point of less than or equal to 95° C. measured according to standard ASTM D93, a fraction which comprises at least one linear or branched, volatile C>10 alkane having a flash point of less than or equal to 95° C. measured according to standard ASTM D93, and at least one dimethiconol, and is free of volatile silicone oil.

A composition for the cosmetic treatment of keratin fibers wherein it comprises:
- (a) a fraction A which comprises at least one C10 branched alkane having a flash point less than or equal to 95° C. measured according to standard ASTM D93,
- (b) a fraction B which comprises at least one volatile linear alkane chosen from a group comprising C7, C8, C9, C10, C11, C12, C13 alkanes and their mixtures or branched chosen from a group comprising branched C12, branched C13, branched C14, branched C15, branched C16 alkanes and their mixtures, the fraction B having a flash point less than or equal to 95° C. measured according to standard ASTM D93, in C>10,
- (c) at least one dimethiconol
- and wherein it is free from volatile silicone oil and isododecane.
