Abstract

A posture correction method and a posture correction apparatus (100) are provided. The posture correction method includes collecting chair-sitting data of users on a chair; constructing a user-specific data cluster based on the collected chair-sitting data; constructing an AI algorithm for posture correction based on the constructed data cluster; and providing information on posture correction based on the constructed AI algorithm and real-time chair-sitting data. The posture correction apparatus includes a chair-sitting data collection unit (121) configured to collect chair-sitting data of users on a chair (300); a data cluster construction unit (122) configured to construct a user-specific data cluster based on the collected chair-sitting data; an AI algorithm construction unit (123) configured to construct an AI algorithm for posture correction based on the constructed data cluster; and a posture analysis unit (132) configured to provide information on posture correction based on the constructed AI algorithm and real-time chair-sitting data.
