The dishwasher comprises a condenser mounted on the mounting portion. The dishwasher comprises a water-leakage detector mounted on the mounting portion. The water-leakage detector is disposed at a position spaced apart from the condenser.

A dishwasher comprising:
- a tub configured to accommodate dishes therein;
- a base disposed under the tub;
- a mounting portion disposed in the base;
- a condenser mounted on the mounting portion;
- and
- a water-leakage detector mounted on the mounting portion and disposed at a position spaced apart from the condenser,
- wherein the condenser is configured such that a lower end of the condenser is positioned at a higher vertical level than a vertical level of a lower end of the water-leakage detector.
