Delayed automatic closing cover plate and toilet

A delayed automatic closing cover plate, comprising:

• a fixing base;
• a seat rotationally mounted on the fixing base;
• a panel rotationally mounted on the fixing base, wherein the panel has an open position and a closed position, and when the panel is rotated to the closed position, the panel is closed on the seat;
• a first reset structure arranged between the panel and the fixing base;
• a damping limit device arranged between the fixing base and the panel;
• and
• an air device arranged on the fixing base, wherein the air device is operably connected to the panel, an air flow channel is arranged between the air device and the damping limit device, and the air flow channel is configured with a valve device coordinated with the seat;
• wherein during rotation of the panel from the closed position to the open position, the panel is capable of driving the air device to evacuate air from or supply air to the damping limit device through the air flow channel, to drive the damping limit device to limit the panel to the open position;
• wherein when the seat is in a pressurized state, the valve device is closed, and when the seat is in an unpressurized state, the valve device is opened, and the air flow channel is in communication with an outside of the air flow channel through the valve device, such that the damping limit device releases restriction on the panel;
• and when the damping limit device releases the restriction on the panel, the first reset structure is capable of driving the panel to rotate from the open position to the closed position.
