Abstract
The present invention provides an inner container of a rice cooking utensil. The inner container comprises an inner metal layer. A plurality of grooves are formed in the surface of the inner metal layer, and the depth of each groove is 0.04-0.15 mm. A metal protective film for reducing the surface energy of the inner metal layer is arranged on the inner metal layer, and the thickness of the metal protective film in the groove is 0.5-2% of the depth of the groove. According to the present invention, the inner container can be conveniently cleaned. The present invention further provides a cooking utensil having the inner container.

An inner pot of a rice cooking utensil, comprising an inner metal layer, wherein a plurality of grooves which are mutually independent are formed on a surface of the inner metal layer, and each groove has a depth ranging from 0.04 mm to 0.15 mm;
- a metal protective film is arranged on the inner metal layer, and a thickness of the metal protective film in the groove accounts for 0.5% to 2% of the depth of the groove;
- the metal protective film is covered on the inner metal layer by Physical Vapor Deposition, and the thickness of the metal protective film ranges from 0.5 μm to 2.5 μm.
