Abstract

A wall art corner holder for the structural support and/or decorative framing of wall art includes a plurality of riser walls including first and second walls oriented perpendicularly to define an internal corner seat. A front cover plane integrated with the riser walls extends between the walls to enclose the seat. These elements define a three-dimensional corner pocket to capture and retain a wall art corner. Optionally, a rear plane, positioned in a spaced-apart relationship with the front cover plane, connects to the riser walls to reside behind a corner of the wall art. In another example, a planar mounting base extends from the rear plane. A primary mounting hole may be provided in the planar mounting base for static anchoring. Multiple elongated mounting slots may be oriented perpendicular to one another for slidable adjustment relative to wall fasteners.

Dependent claims

A wall art corner holder for the framing of frameless wall art, the wall art corner holder comprising:

a plurality of riser walls including at least a first wall and a second wall oriented perpendicularly to one another to define an internal corner seat;
a front cover plane integrated with the plurality of riser walls and extending between the first wall and the second wall to enclose the internal corner seat;
wherein the plurality of riser walls and the front cover plane collectively define a three-dimensional corner pocket configured to capture and retain a corner of the wall art;
and
wherein the front cover plane comprises a decorative external surface exhibiting a texture or color configured to provide a photo-album-like presentation when mounted to the wall art.
