Abstract
A bedding pad ensures sleeping comfort and can be, for example, more easily washed in a household washing machine. A bedding pad is brought into a joined state where an upper pad and a lower pad are joined with a joining portion to be vertically overlaid on each other, and is laid on bedding on which a user lies to be used, and the joining portion is capable of switching the upper pad and the lower pad between the joined state and a separated state.
