Container assemblies and methods for forming the same

A container assembly comprising:

• at least one shell having at least one exterior surface and an interior surface defining at least a portion of a storage space;
• at least one faceplate adapted to be detachably disposed on the at least one exterior surface of the at least one shell, the at least one faceplate comprising at least one front face adapted to display one or more visual elements, and a rear face, opposite to the front face, adapted to abut the at least one exterior surface of the at least one shell;
• and
• at least one attachment mechanism disposed on at least one of the exterior surface of the at least one shell and the rear face of the at least one faceplate, wherein the at least one attachment mechanism is adapted to detachably attach the at least one faceplate with the at least one exterior surface of the at least one shell, wherein the at least one attachment mechanism is selected from the group consisting of zipper, clasp, buckle, Velcro fastener, magnetic attachment, drawstring, twist lock, roll-top closure, snap button, hook, slot, suction, and any combination thereof;
• wherein the at least one faceplate:
• (a) comprises at least one attachment region adapted to removably accommodate a display object therein, having at least one visual element located on a front face of the display object, the display object is positioned within the attachment region and coupled to the attachment region such that the front face of the display object flushes with the front face of the at least one faceplate;
• (b) comprises a region having an interactive element adapted to receive an input indicative of displaying at least one visual element, wherein the interactive element comprises:
• (i) a plurality of stacked sheets removably attached to each other;
• and/or
• (ii) a drawing platform adapted to allow altering or removal of the at least one visual element displayed thereon;
• (c) comprises one or more stimuli-responsive elements adapted to vary colour and/or texture thereof in response to one or more external stimuli, wherein the one or more stimuli-responsive elements comprises at least one of a thermochromic pigment, an electrochromic material, a shape-memory alloy (SMA), and a piezoelectric material:
• (d) comprises a display unit positioned on the front face of the at least one faceplate, and adapted to display one or more visual elements;
• wherein the display unit is configured to be in communication with a processing module associated with a remote device, and configured to receive an input, from the processing module, indicative of displaying the one or more visual element;
• and/or
• (e) is adapted to be coupled to one or more haptic elements and/or one or more acoustic elements in communication with a processing module associated with a remote device, wherein the one or more haptic elements and/or the one or more acoustic elements are configured to be actuated by the processing module to generate a sensory notification.
