Abstract
The present invention relates to agrochemical formulations comprising the crystalline form A of 4-[(6-chloro-3-pyridylmethyl)(2,2-difluoroethyl)amino]furan-2(5H)-one of formula (I) and to its use in plant protection applications.

An agrochemical formulation comprising the crystalline form A of 4-[(6-chloro-3-pyridylmethyl)(2,2-difluoroethyl)amino]furan-2(5H)-one of formula (1)
- which in a X-ray powder diffractogram at 25° C. and Cu-Kα 1 radiation displays at least 3 of the following reflections, quoted as 2θvalue±0.2°:
- 15,0;
- 21,0;
- 22,4 and 29,4;
- 33,1 and 33,2,
- wherein at least 85% by weight of 4-[(6-chloro-3-pyridylmethyl)(2,2-difluoroethyl)amino]furan-2(5H)-one of formula (1) is present in its crystalline form A.

A process for production of crystalline form [A] of 4-[(6-chloro-3-pyridylmethyl)(2,2-difluoroethyl)amino]furan-2(5H)-one comprising milling crystalline form [B] or mixtures of [A] and [B] in a bead mill with glass or zirconium oxide beads.
