A display device comprising:
- a substrate;
- a first active pattern disposed on the substrate and including polycrystalline silicon doped with a first impurity;
- a first gate electrode disposed on the first active pattern;
- a second active pattern disposed on the first gate electrode and including polycrystalline silicon doped with a second impurity different from the first impurity;
- and
- a second gate electrode disposed on the second active pattern.
