Abstract

A solid Frisch grid device based on a perovskite material and a preparation method thereof are provided. The preparation method includes direct growth from a solution and mechanical processing, and others. The weighting potential distribution of the device is limited at the grid mesh, indicating that the grid electrode provides effective charge shielding. In addition, by comparing the weighting potential distributions at different grid meshes, it can be found that the solid Frisch grid structure used in the present invention can realize a more uniform and nearly ideal weighting potential distribution by adjusting the grid mesh parameters. Moreover, by further analyzing the signals from the anode, the cathode and the grid electrode as independent events, more accurate information such as pulse rise time and radiation interaction position can be obtained.
