Abstract
The present application relates to a solar cell, a preparation method thereof, and a photovoltaic module. The solar cell includes a silicon substrate, and an emitter, a first silicon oxide layer, and an aluminum oxide layer are sequentially stacked on a light-receiving surface of the silicon substrate. The thickness of the first silicon oxide layer is in a range from 0.2 nm to 1.2 nm.

A solar cell, comprising:
- a silicon substrate having a light-receiving surface;
- an emitter, a first silicon oxide layer, an aluminum oxide layer, and a first anti-reflection layer that are sequentially stacked on the light-receiving surface;
- wherein a thickness of the first silicon oxide layer is in a range from 0.2 nm to 1.2 nm.
A method for preparing a solar cell, comprising:
- providing a silicon substrate with an emitter on a light-receiving surface thereof;
- forming an aluminum oxide layer on a surface of the emitter;
- and
- performing an indirect oxidation treatment to indirectly grow a first silicon oxide layer on the surface of the emitter.
