Abstract
A circuit device includes: a circuit board including a circuit component to drive a motor; a case that houses the circuit board; and a heat transfer member housed in the case and thermally connected to the circuit board. The case includes a peripheral wall portion and a heat sink joined to the peripheral wall portion. At least part of the circuit board is located between the heat sink and the heat transfer member. The heat transfer member is thermally connected to the heat sink and the at least part of the circuit board.

A circuit device comprising:
- a circuit board including a circuit component configured to drive a motor;
- a case that houses the circuit board;
- and
- a heat transfer member housed in the case and thermally connected to the circuit board,
- the case including a peripheral wall portion and a heat sink joined to the peripheral wall portion,
- at least part of the circuit board being located between the heat sink and the heat transfer member, and
- the heat transfer member being thermally connected to the heat sink and the at least part of the circuit board.
