An information indication method includes: sending a message 3 (Msg3). The Msg3 includes first information. The first information includes at least one of: repetition request information for information transmitted on a common PUCCH, or repetition capability information for information transmitted on a common PUCCH.

An information indication method, performed by a terminal, the information indication method comprising:
- sending a message 3 (Msg3),
- wherein the Msg3 comprises first information, and the first information comprises at least one of:
- repetition request information for information transmitted on a common physical uplink control channel (PUCCH);
- or
- repetition capability information for information transmitted on a common PUCCH.
An information indication method, performed by an access network device, the information indication method comprising:
- receiving a message 3 (Msg3),
- wherein the Msg3 comprises first information, and the first information comprises at least one of:
- repetition request information for information transmitted on a common physical uplink control channel (PUCCH);
- or
- repetition capability information for information transmitted on a common PUCCH.
