Techniques for precoding signaling for wireless communications systems

An apparatus, comprising:

• one or more memories storing processor-executable code;
• and
• one or more processors coupled with the one or more memories and individually or collectively operable to execute the code to cause the apparatus to:
• transmit first signaling comprising an indication of a precoding scheme associated with one or more messages;
• encode a first message of the one or more messages in accordance with the precoding scheme, wherein the precoding scheme is associated with a feedback equalizer matrix and a feed forward equalizer matrix;
• and
• transmit the first message of the one or more messages based at least in part on the encoding.

A method for wireless communications by a device in a wireless communications system, comprising:

• receiving first signaling including an indication of a precoding scheme associated with one or more messages;
• receiving a first message of the one or more messages that is precoded based at least in part on the precoding scheme;
• and
• decoding the first message in accordance with a feedback equalizer matrix and a feed forward equalizer matrix, wherein the decoding is based at least in part on the indication of the precoding scheme and one or more reference signals.

A method for wireless communications a device in a wireless communications system, comprising:

• transmitting first signaling comprising an indication of a precoding scheme associated with one or more messages;
• encoding a first message of the one or more messages in accordance with the precoding scheme, wherein the precoding scheme is associated with a feedback equalizer matrix and a feed forward equalizer matrix;
• and
• transmitting the first message of the one or more messages based at least in part on the encoding.
