Motor device and operation method thereof

An operation method of a motor device, comprising:

• providing an inverter comprising a first switch module and a second switch module, wherein the first switch module is coupled to the second switch module;
• providing a driver coupled to the first switch module and the second switch module;
• providing a control module coupled to the driver;
• when an abnormality occurs in the motor device, in a first short-circuit protection mode, using the control module to generate a first control signal to control the driver to generate a first driving signal to the first switch module and the second switch module of the inverter, so that the first switch module and the second switch module are turned off;
• and
• when the first short-circuit protection mode is switched to a second short-circuit protection mode, using the control module to generate a second control signal to control the driver to generate a second driving signal to the first switch module or the second switch module of the inverter, so that the first switch module or the second switch module is turned on;
• wherein the second control signal is a pulse width modulation signal.
