An electronic assembly, comprising:

• a first substrate comprising a first connecting portion having a plurality of first connecting points;
• a second substrate comprising a second connecting portion having a plurality of second connecting points, wherein the plurality of second connecting points and the plurality of first connecting points are configured in pairs;
• and
• a connector device comprising a plurality of elastic connectors respectively connected between the pairs of the plurality of first connecting points and the plurality of second connecting points, wherein each of the plurality of elastic connectors forms an inclined angle relative to a normal direction of the first substrate or the second substrate.

An electronic assembly, comprising:

• a first substrate comprising a plurality of first connecting points arranged in an array;
• a connector device comprising a plurality of elastic connectors arranged in an array and respectively electrically connected to the plurality of first connecting points;
• and
• a positioning component disposed on a side of the first substrate, the positioning component having a plurality of channels, wherein the plurality of elastic connectors are respectively disposed through the plurality of channels, and each of the plurality of elastic connectors forms an inclined angle relative to a normal direction of the first substrate.
