Phase shifter, antenna, and communication base station

An antenna comprising:

• an antenna element;
• and
• a phase shifter comprising:
• a carrier board comprising a first metal layer disposed on one side;
• a metal housing mounted on and fastened to a surface of the first metal layer, and is electrically connected to the first metal layer;
• a fastening medium fastened and mounted in the metal housing, wherein the metal housing and the fastening medium enclose a sliding cavity, and a relative permittivity of the fastening medium is greater than 1;
• a sliding medium disposed in the sliding cavity, wherein the sliding medium is slidable relative to the fastening medium, and the sliding medium includes a sliding slot whose opening faces the fastening medium;
• and
• a metal feed plate mounted on the fastening medium and comprises a phase-shift circuit extending into the sliding slot;
• wherein the antenna element is electrically connected to the phase shifter.

A communication base station, comprising:

• an antenna comprising an antenna element and a phase shifter electrically connected to the antenna element;
• wherein the the phase shifter comprises:
• a carrier board comprising a first metal layer disposed on one side;
• a metal housing mounted on and fastened to a surface of the first metal layer, and is electrically connected to the first metal layer;
• a fastening medium fastened and mounted in the metal housing, wherein the metal housing and the fastening medium enclose a sliding cavity, and a relative permittivity of the fastening medium is greater than 1;
• a sliding medium disposed in the sliding cavity, wherein the sliding medium is slidable relative to the fastening medium, and the sliding medium includes a sliding slot whose opening faces the fastening medium;
• and
• a metal feed plate mounted on the fastening medium and comprises a phase-shift circuit extending into the sliding slot;
• wherein main equipment of the communication base station is electrically connected to the antenna.
