• the method comprises:
• generating check data based on data corresponding to the m physical wordline identifiers, the check data being configured to check and recover the data corresponding to the m physical wordline identifiers, wherein the m physical wordline identifiers are spaced apart from each other, where 2≤m ≤n;
• and
• writing the check data into the memory.

A system, comprising:

• a host;
• and
• a memory system coupled to the host, wherein the memory system comprises:
• at least one memory, comprising:
• a memory array coupled to n wordlines, the n wordlines being sequentially arranged by physical wordline identifiers, where n≥2;
• and
• a memory controller coupled to the at least one memory and configured to:
• generate check data based on data corresponding to the m physical wordline identifiers, the check data being configured to check and recover the data corresponding to the m physical wordline identifiers, wherein the m physical wordline identifiers are spaced apart from each other, where 2≤m ≤n.
