• acquiring first power requested for a power plant including a plurality of generators and second power requested from a power supply and demand adjustment market;
• distributing a total load that is a sum of the first power and the second power to the plurality of generators in descending order of operation efficiency, to distribute a load close to a rated load as much as possible to the generators;
• and
• determining whether to make a bid for a request from the power supply and demand adjustment market, based on whether the total load is able to be supplied.

An integrated supply/demand adjustment method, comprising the steps of:

• acquiring first power requested for a plurality of power plants and second power requested from a power supply and demand adjustment market;
• distributing a total load that is a sum of the first power and the second power to a plurality of generators of the plurality of power plants in descending order of operation efficiency, to distribute a load close to a rated load as much as possible to the generators;
• and
• determining whether to make a bid for a request from the power supply and demand adjustment market, based on whether the total load is able to be supplied.

A program causing a computer to execute the steps of:

• acquiring first power requested for a power plant including a plurality of generators and second power requested from a power supply and demand adjustment market;
• distributing a total load that is a sum of the first power and the second power to the plurality of generators in descending order of operation efficiency, to distribute a load close to a rated load as much as possible to the generators;
