Abstract
An information processing device according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: an acquisition unit that acquires traffic line information indicating a traffic line of a customer in a predetermined space; and an estimation unit that estimates a future behavior or mental state of a user located in the space from traffic line information of the user to be estimated by using a first model in which a relevance between the traffic line information and a behavior result of the customer in the space is learned.
Claims15
An information processing device comprising:
- an acquisition unit that acquires traffic line information indicating a traffic line of a customer in a predetermined space;
- and
- an estimation unit that estimates a future behavior or mental state of a user located in the space from traffic line information of the user to be estimated by using a first model in which a relevance between the traffic line information and a behavior result of the customer in the space is learned.
An information processing method comprising:
- by a computer,
- acquiring traffic line information indicating a traffic line of a customer in a predetermined space;
- and
- estimating a future behavior or mental state of a user located in the space from traffic line information of the user to be estimated by using a first model in which a relevance between the traffic line information and a behavior result of the customer in the space is learned.
An information processing program for causing a computer to function as an information processing device including:
- an acquisition unit that acquires traffic line information indicating a traffic line of a customer in a predetermined space;
- and
- an estimation unit that estimates a future behavior or mental state of a user located in the space from traffic line information of the user to be estimated by using a first model in which a relevance between the traffic line information and a behavior result of the customer in the space is learned.
