Voltage detection circuit and watch

A voltage detection circuit comprising:

• a comparator having a first input terminal to which a reference voltage is input, and a second input terminal;
• a plurality of fine adjustment resistors arranged between a detection target and the second input terminal;
• at least one coarse adjustment resistor disposed between the detection target and the second input terminal;
• a fine adjustment switch unit that connects an arbitrary number of the fine adjustment resistors to the detection target and the coarse adjustment resistor in series;
• a coarse adjustment switch unit that connects an arbitrary number of the coarse adjustment resistors to the detection target and the fine adjustment resistors in series;
• and
• a control unit that controls an opening and closing operation of a switch included in the fine adjustment switch unit and an opening and closing operation of a switch included in the coarse adjustment switch unit, wherein
• the coarse adjustment resistor includes a resistor having a resistance value equal to a total value obtained by adding up resistance values of the plurality of fine adjustment resistors.
