Abstract
A use of a Cf48 small peptide, as a marker for kidney injury condition, in a diagnosis kit; a use of the Cf48 small peptide as a drug intervention target in the preparation of a drug for treating kidney injury; and a system for evaluating the kidney injury condition on the basis of Cf48. The Cf48 small peptide can be used as a marker for one or more of kidney disease diagnosis, kidney injury degree determination, prognosis prediction, renal fibrosis degree determination, and renal fibrosis activity determination.

A use of the Cf48 small peptide as a drug intervention target in the preparation of a drug for treating kidney injury.
A system for evaluating the kidney injury condition on the basis of Cf48, comprising:
- a data acquisition module configured to acquire at least a content of the Cf48 in a biological sample of a target object to be detected, and
- an evaluation module configured to compare the content of the Cf48 in the biological sample with control parameters and give a level result corresponding to the kidney injury condition of the target object to be detected according to the comparison result.
