Abstract
A system is provided including a cooling tower condensation system and a support assembly. The cooling tower condensation system includes at least one duct configurable to impart a charge on fluid passing through the at least one duct, and at least one separator configurable to separate liquid from the charged fluid. The support assembly includes an upper housing capable of being arranged above a cooling tower, and at least one leg coupled to the upper housing and securing at least one component of the cooling tower condensation system, the at least one leg capable of supporting the upper housing such that the upper housing resides above the cooling tower.
Claims21
A system comprising:
- a cooling tower condensation system, comprising:
- a cooling tower having an outlet, the cooling tower configured to produce a fluid;
- at least one duct positioned downstream of the outlet to receive the fluid, and configured to impart a charge on the fluid passing therethrough;
- and
- at least one separator positioned downstream of the duct, and configured to separate a liquid from the fluid;
- and
- a support assembly, comprising:
- an upper housing configured to support a portion of the at least one duct above the cooling tower;
- at least one leg coupled to the upper housing, wherein the at least one leg supports the upper housing such that the upper housing resides above the cooling tower;
- and
- a base coupled to and positioned below the at least one leg.
A system comprising:
- a cooling tower condensation system, comprising:
- a first cooling tower configured to produce a first fluid;
- a second cooling tower configured to produce a second fluid, and positioned adjacent to the first cooling tower;
- a first duct positioned downstream of the first cooling tower to receive the first fluid, and configured to impart a charge on the first fluid passing therethrough;
- and
- a second duct positioned downstream of the second cooling tower to receive the second fluid, and configured to impart a charge on the second fluid passing therethrough;
- a support assembly, comprising:
- a first upper housing configured to support a portion of the first duct above the first cooling tower;
- a second upper housing configured to support a portion of the second duct above the second cooling tower;
- a first leg coupled to the first upper housing;
- a first base coupled to and positioned below the first leg;
- a second leg coupled to the second upper housing;
- a second base coupled to and positioned below the second leg;
- a third leg coupled to the first upper housing and second upper housing;
- and
- a third base coupled to and positioned below the third leg, and positioned between the first base and the second base.
