Abstract
An LED lighting arrangement comprising an array of LED packages of different types. A first type comprises a domed lens and a second type does not comprise a domed lens. The LED in each type of LED package is a phosphor-coated light emitting diode.

An LED lighting arrangement comprising an array of LED packages, the array of LED packages comprising:
- a first set of one or more first type of LED packages, each first type of LED package set having an LED and a respective combination of a dome-shaped lens and a collimating reflector;
- and
- a second set of one or more second type of LED packages, each second type of LED package set having an LED being free from a respective dome-shaped lens and from a respective, collimating reflector,
- wherein each LED in the first and second set of one or more LED packages is a phosphor-converted light emitting diode.
