Abstract
An LED tube lamp includes a glass tube, two end caps, an LED light strip, a plurality of LED light sources, a reflective layer, a power supply modules and a diffusion layer. Each of the two end caps is coupled to an end of the glass lamp tube and comprises two hollow conductive pins. A mounting portion of the LED light strip is adhered to an inner surface of the glass lamp tube and LED light sources mounted on the mounting region. The reflective layer is disposed around the LED light source. The power supply module comprises a circuit board and two metal pins. Wherein an end of the metal pin connects to the circuit board and the other end of the metal pin inserts into the hollow conductive pin.
Claims28
An LED tube lamp, comprising:
- a glass lamp tube comprising a main body;
- two end caps, each of the two end caps coupled to a respective end of the glass lamp tube and comprising two hollow conductive pins;
- an LED light strip comprising a mounting region and a connecting region, the mounting region adhered to an inner circumferential surface of the glass lamp tube by a first adhesive, the connecting region being at an end of the LED light strip;
- a plurality of LED light sources mounted on the mounting region;
- a reflective layer disposed around the plurality of LED light sources;
- a power supply module comprising a circuit board separated from the LED light strip, a plurality of electronic components mounted on the circuit board and two metal pins electrically connected to the circuit board, wherein the circuit board is disposed in one of the end cap and substantially parallel with the axial direction of the glass lamp tube and electrically connecting to the connecting region;
- and
- a diffusion layer covering on an outer surface of the glass lamp tube,
- wherein the metal pin comprises a first end and a second end, the first end of the metal pin connects to the circuit board, the second end of the metal pin inserts into one of the hollow conductive pins and electrically connects to the hollow conductive pin.
An LED tube lamp, comprising:
- a glass lamp tube comprising a main body;
- two end caps, each of the two end caps coupled to a respective end of the glass lamp tube and comprising two hollow conductive pins;
- an LED light strip comprising a mounting region and a connecting region, the mounting region adhered to an inner circumferential surface of the glass lamp tube by a first adhesive, the connecting region being at an end of the LED light strip;
- a plurality of LED light sources mounted on the mounting region;
- a reflective layer disposed around the plurality of LED light sources;
- a power supply module comprising a circuit board separated from the LED light strip, a plurality of electronic components mounted on the circuit board and two metal pins electrically connected to the circuit board, wherein the circuit board is disposed in one of the end cap and substantially parallel with the axial direction of the glass lamp tube and electrically connecting to the connecting region;
- and
- a diffusion layer coating on an inner surface of glass lamp tube,
- wherein the metal pin comprises a first end and a second end, the first end of the metal pin connects to the circuit board, the second end of the metal pin inserts into one of the hollow conductive pins and electrically connects to the hollow conductive pin.
