Abstract

The present invention relates to a spring arm device (1) for a support arm system (100) for holding a medical appliance and/or lighting appliance, comprising a spring tube (3) arranged on a fastening unit (5) for rotation about a first axis of rotation (21), a spring rod (4) arranged at least partially in the interior of the spring tube (3) and displaceable relative to the spring tube (3) in the longitudinal direction (2) of the spring tube (3), and a lever element (6) which is connected to the spring rod (4) for rotation about a second axis of rotation (22) oriented parallel to the first axis of rotation (21) and which is arranged, at its end opposite the spring rod (4), on the fastening unit (5) for rotation about a third axis of rotation (23) which is spaced apart from the first axis of rotation (21) and oriented parallel to the first axis of rotation (21), wherein the lever element (6) is arranged radially outside the spring tube (3) in relation to the longitudinal direction (2) of the spring tube (3). The invention also relates to a support arm system (100), comprising such a spring arm device (1), for holding a medical appliance and/or lighting appliance.
