Abstract
An integrated clamp-and-stand snow-guard system for standing seam roofs is disclosed. A single-piece injection-molded polymer body incorporates multiple overmolded stainless-steel inserts that mate with polymer-tipped screws, preventing damage to a roof’s painted surface. The clamp-stand body supports one or more rails to form a robust snow-retention system. Using multiple fastening points distributes loads evenly, while the polymer clamp and screw tips eliminate metal-on-metal contact. This lightweight, corrosion-resistant design facilitates rapid installation, protects roof integrity, and resists heavy snow loads without deforming.

A snow-guard stand system comprising:
- a clamp-stand body,
- a plurality of metal inserts,
- a plurality of polymer-tipped screws, and
- at least one rail.
A snow-guard stand system comprising:
- a clamp-stand body,
- a barrier,
- a plurality of metal inserts,
- a plurality of polymer-tipped screws, and
- at least one rail.
A snow-guard stand system comprising:
- a clamp-stand body,
- a barrier,
- a plurality of metal inserts,
- a plurality of polymer-tipped screws,
- at least one rail, and
- an end cap,
- wherein said end cap connects to the end of said at least one rail,
- wherein said plurality of metal inserts further comprises a multiple-screw design,
- wherein said plurality of polymer-tipped screws connect to said plurality of metal inserts through said multiple-screw design.
