An overhead spray showering device includes a first showerhead assembly, an elastic hose for supplying water to the first showerhead assembly, and a telescopic support rod fixedly provided on a wall; an end of the first showerhead assembly is provided on the telescopic support rod, and the first showerhead assembly is movably adjustable along a longitudinal direction of the telescopic support rod; and the elastic hose is provided with an additional length for movement of the first showerhead assembly.
