Proposed is a road traffic signal device that can deploy traffic sign display panels in both directions with respect to a movable platform and a road traffic signal vehicle employing the road traffic signal device. The road traffic signal vehicle may include a movable platform and a road traffic signal device installed on the movable platform and configured to deploy traffic sign display panels in both directions with respect to the movable platform.
