Abstract
A manufacturing method for molten steel using an arc furnace comprising an oxygen supplier and an auxiliary raw material supplier includes: injecting an oxygen jet stream from the oxygen supplier to molten iron within the arc furnace; and supplying an auxiliary raw material from the auxiliary raw material supplier toward a position P on a surface of the molten iron, wherein the position P is a position outside an impingement surface between the oxygen jet stream and the molten iron.
Claims7
A manufacturing method for molten steel using an arc furnace comprising an oxygen supplier and an auxiliary raw material supplier, the method comprising:
- injecting an oxygen jet stream from the oxygen supplier to molten iron within the arc furnace;
- and supplying an auxiliary raw material from the auxiliary raw material supplier toward a position P on a surface of the molten iron, wherein
- the position P is a position outside an impingement surface between the oxygen jet stream and the molten iron.
An arc furnace for processing molten iron, comprising at least one oxygen supplier and at least one auxiliary raw material supplier, wherein
- the oxygen supplier is configured to inject an oxygen jet stream toward a surface of the molten iron within the arc furnace, and
- the auxiliary raw material supplier is configured to supply an auxiliary raw material toward a position P on a surface of the molten iron within the arc furnace, and is configured so that the position P is positioned outside an impingement surface between the oxygen jet stream and the molten iron.
