Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a 5′UTR variant sequence of atpB and a use of the same.
Claims13
A variant polynucleotide encoding a variant 5′-untranslated region (5′-UTR) in which bases at positions corresponding to bases at 10th to 13th in a base sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 13 are substituted with TCGG.
A variant polynucleotide comprising a base sequence encoding F0F1-ATP hydrolase (ATPase) or a subunit thereof, wherein
- the variant polynucleotide further comprises a base sequence encoding a variant 5′-UTR in which bases at positions corresponding to bases at 10th to 13th in a base sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 13 are substituted with TCGG.
A composition for L-lysine production comprising a microorganism that produces L-lysine, comprising a variant polynucleotide encoding a variant 5′-untranslated region (5′-UTR) in which bases at positions corresponding to bases at 10th to 13th in a base sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 13 are substituted with TCGG or a variant polynucleotide comprising a base sequence encoding FOF1-ATP hydrolase (ATPase) or a subunit thereof and further a base sequence encoding the variant 5′-UTR;
- a medium in which the microorganism has been cultured;
- or a combination of two or more thereof.
