The present invention provides a cell membrane-penetrating peptide for conjugation, represented by the following general formula (P1): wherein R101 is a substituted or unsubstituted 2-pyridyl group; A1 is a cell membrane-penetrating peptide; Z12 is a divalent organic group; and q2 is 0 or 1, wherein the cell membrane-penetrating peptide is a peptide with two or more peptide-bonded amino acids and with at least one of amino acid residues constituting the peptide having, in its side chain, a C1-30 alkyl group substituted with at least two fluorine atoms, or a group having 1 to 5 etheric oxygen atoms between carbon atoms of a C2-30 alkyl group substituted with at least two fluorine atoms.
A cell membrane-penetrating peptide for conjugation, represented by the following general formula (P1):
A nucleic acid for transfection, comprising a subject nucleic acid to be introduced into a cell and a cell membrane-penetrating peptide that are linked via a linking group, wherein
Dependencies are inferred from the claim text.
