Abstract
The present invention relates to a resin composition comprising a modified starch (A), a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin (B), and a polyol plasticizer (C), in which a content of the polyol plasticizer (C) is 40 parts by mass or more and 150 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of a total of the modified starch (A) and the polyvinyl alcohol-based resin (B), the polyol plasticizer (C) comprises a polyol plasticizer (c1) having a Tg of 25° C. or higher, and a water content after humidity conditioning at a temperature of 23° C. and a relative humidity of 75% for 1 week is 17.0% by mass or less.

A resin composition comprising:
- a modified starch (A):
- a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin (B);
- and
- a polyol plasticizer (C),
- wherein a content of the polyol plasticizer (C) is 40 parts by mass or more and 150 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of a total of the modified starch (A) and the polyvinyl alcohol-based resin (B), the polyol plasticizer (C) comprises a polyol plasticizer (c1) having a Tg of 25° C. or higher, and a water content after humidity conditioning at a temperature of 23° C. and a relative humidity of 75% for 1 week is 17.0% by mass or less.
