Abstract
The present invention discloses an inoculum composition, comprising anaerobic condition-surviving bacteria for accelerating anaerobic biodegradation of plastics and/or enzyme, wherein the anaerobic condition-surviving bacteria comprises one selected from the group consisting of Bacillus infernus, Defluviitoga tunisiensis, Syntrophaceticus schinkii, Tepidanaerobacter syntrophicus Tepidimicrobium xylanilyticum and any combination thereof.
Claims22
An inoculum composition, comprising anaerobic condition-surviving bacteria for accelerating anaerobic biodegradation of plastics and/or enzyme, wherein the anaerobic condition-surviving bacteria comprises one selected from the group consisting of Bacillus infernus, Defluviitoga tunisiensis, Syntrophaceticus schinkii, Tepidanaerobacter syntrophicus Tepidimicrobium xylanilyticum and any combination thereof.
A method for increasing the proliferative rate of anaerobic condition-surviving bacteria which have been subjected to cryopreservation with cryoprotectant to form a freezing solution, comprising:
- (a) adding a first amount of the freezing solution into a second amount of recovery solution to form a mixture solution, so as to thaw the anaerobic condition-surviving bacteria, wherein the second amount is 10 times or more than the first amount;
- and
- (b) culturing the thawed anaerobic condition-surviving bacteria in the mixture solution;
- wherein the mixture solution is substantially free of hydrogel.
