Abstract
Disclosed is a polyimide resin precursor containing: a structural unit A derived from a tetracarboxylic dianhydride; and a structural unit B derived from a diamine, in which the structural unit A includes a structural unit (A1) derived from a compound represented by Formula (a1) described below, and the structural unit B includes at least one selected from the group consisting of a structural unit (B1) derived from a compound represented by Formula (b1) described below, a structural unit (B2) derived from a compound represented by Formula (b2) described below, and a structural unit (B3) derived from a compound represented by Formula (b3) described below.
Claims15
A polyimide resin precursor comprising:
- a structural unit A derived from a tetracarboxylic dianhydride;
- and
- a structural unit B derived from a diamine,
- wherein the structural unit A includes a structural unit (A1) derived from a compound represented by Formula (a1), and
- the structural unit B includes at least one selected from the group consisting of a structural unit (B1) derived from a compound represented by Formula (b1), a structural unit (B2) derived from a compound represented by Formula (b2), and a structural unit (B3) derived from a compound represented by Formula (b3):
A polyimide resin comprising:
- a structural unit AI derived from a tetracarboxylic dianhydride;
- and
- a structural unit BI derived from a diamine,
- wherein the structural unit AI includes a structural unit (AI1) derived from a compound represented by Formula (a1), and
- the structural unit BI includes at least one selected from the group consisting of a structural unit (BI1) derived from a compound represented by Formula (b1), a structural unit (BI2) derived from a compound represented by Formula (b2), and a structural unit (BI3) derived from a compound represented by Formula (b3):
