Abstract
An acid-resistant polyurethane is obtained by using an acid-resistant polytetramethylene ether glycol comprising a copolymer of tetrahydrofuran and 2-methyltetrahydrofuran, wherein the retention rate of breaking strength or breaking elongation before and after acid treatment is 100% to 200%, and the method for producing the polyurethane is provided.

An acid-resistant polyurethane obtained from polytetramethylene ether glycol consisting of a copolymer of tetrahydrofuran and 2-methyltetrahydrofuran, wherein a retention rate of breaking strength or breaking elongation before and after acid treatment is 100% or more to 200% or less.
